Chalap K. Sadam, PE, TE | President

Mr. Sadam began his career in 1990 as a Transportation Engineer at Mohle, Grover & Associates. He later joined Albert Grover & Associates, Inc. where he served as Vice President. As President of AGA Engineers, Mr. Sadam is a leader and mentor to the AGA team. He is a recognized expert in traffic signal communication, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Traffic Management Centers, centralized traffic signal systems, and video management systems. He is also well-known for his traffic/transportation studies and those involving Regional Traffic Signal Synchronization Programs, working effectively to promote multijurisdictional cooperation between state, county, and city entities to synchronize traffic signals. He has an MS in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Greg Wong, PE | Vice President

Mr. Wong has been a positive contributor in the transportation engineering industry since 1996. He possesses strong values and ensures that our firm’s overall mission, vision, and values are upheld. He understands the competitive landscape, focuses on opportunities for expansion, cares for our clients, and assits new developments and standards in our industry. He is a great strategic planner and a positive mentor and leader to the AGA team. He has also been instrumental in developing transportation safety studies, sight distance analyses, traffic signal and stop sign warrant analyses, capacity and level of services analysis, and environmental impact report review and analysis. Mr. Wong has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. 

Ignacio Sanchez Hernandez, PE, TE | Senior Transportation Engineer

Mr. Sanchez contributes a strong sense of professional ethics and pride in every project he oversees or participates in. His prime objective is to always strive for excellence and he provides solid traffic engineering solutions for our clients. He has over 30 years of experience with the development of signal timing, traffic control plans, management, design and construction of traffic signals, and communications systems. He has managed various corridor projects including design, bid assistance, and construction management support. He is also responsible for ensuring compliance with ADA requirements and all current regulations and requirements from local, state and federal agencies.

Ruben Perales, PE, TE |  Vice President

Mr. Perales began his career in 2005 after graduating from Cal Poly Pomona and quickly became an essential member of our team. He performs a wide variety of traffic engineering tasks, as well as providing leadership on many projects. He is known for his ability to see through complex problems, promote positive working relationships, and provide clarity for successful projects. He regularly manages traffic design related projects and tasks, and physically inspects actual conditions in the field, which enables him to develop cost-saving mitigations that might not be apparent to others.
